The organization promote the improvement of the conditions for individuals and communities who are suffering under oppression, poverty, and system neglect. In the pursuit of this objective the organization utilizes the following strategies: 

• • Assist individuals and communities to establish programs and infrastructure which improves socio-economic conditions of the communities. 
  • Offer lower-cost services to elderly individuals who may not possess the ability to afford these services. 
  • Advocate and promote issues of the individuals and communities with concerning authorities.
